About this event
This is a beginner to intermediate sequence class designed by Sri Dharma Mittra. This class starts with gentle sun salutations, includes shiva namaskar vinyasa, and ends with guided relaxation, breath work, and meditation. Beginners and those new to yoga are welcome to take part is this well rounded and gentle practice.
