Set to a diverse soundtrack of classics and new cuts, this open-level class focuses on contemporary fundamentals, expression, musicality, choreography, and dance conditioning. We will discuss concepts like balance, shifting your weight, and movement initiation (where our movement comes from.) Whether you're a beginner dancer learning the basics or an advanced student enhancing your skills, this class invites everyone to take up space, move with your community, and get curious about dance! *PLEASE READ* - You can cancel and reschedule your classes in the app up to TWO HOURS before class time. A $15.00 fee will be added to appointments CANCELED or NO-SHOWED after that time. - We enforce a STRICT 10-minute grace period - you will NOT BE ALLOWED to actively participate in class past this period and your class fee will NOT BE REFUNDED. - NO LOTION OR OIL at LEAST 4 HRS BEFORE CLASS TIME. - Upon booking and paying, you agree to understanding the late policy, cancellation/no-show fees, no admittance after 10 minutes SHARP, our correct location and address (listed at the top), and that NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Disputes will automatically suspend booking privileges.
