DIRTy Pole: Choreo (Int/Adv; Unassisted Invert Required)

About this event

For Intermediate and Advance Pole Students that have 3 out of the 4 moves: Strong basic pole climb, Unassisted pole invert, fan kick, and forward/backward shoulder roll. (Formally called Pole Seduction) This pole dance class focuses on flow and sensual movements. You will learn a mini routine of seductive pole choreography and floorwork that will improve your fluidity, endurance, and strength. The lights are kept low in the class. Heels are encouraged but not required. Knee pads are suggested. Please do not wear lotion or oil to class. LATE ARRIVAL IS NOT PERMITTED. Doors close 10 minutes after class begins.
