About this event
Beginner to intermediate speed and agility class. Focus on proper mechanics and bodily positions in space. In this class we will warm up, run fast, change direction, and hammer plyometrics as well as calisthenics to build a solid base in order to transfer into the weight room and our advanced athlete class.
