About this event
Flow and restore begins with restorative poses where you can focus on the breath and release tension. Class will then flow slowly through a vinyasa routine in a meditative calm pace taking time in each pose and finally winding down with further restorative poses to end the practice. Props will be used to support the practice. Join Abby on the mat to work towards physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
