Yin-style yoga uses long, passive holds to access deep layers of fascia and increase mobility and flexibility. Class will move slowly, utilizing yoga props to create a practice that is accessible for all bodies. Rooted in principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga also offers an opportunity to cultivate energetic balance by stimulating the body's meridian pathways and encouraging the smooth flow of qi (life force energy).
