Secret Spin (Multilevel; 6+ Months Spin Pole Experience)

About this event

(Formally called Spinning Pole- Multilevel) Add a new dynamic to your pole dance routine with a SPIN! This class incorporates spinning pole as the basis for the sequence learned. Students will also learn spinning pole conditioning they can use throughout their pole journey. This is a multi-level class. Must have at least 6 months of spinning pole experience. Please do not wear lotion or oil to class. LATE ARRIVAL IS NOT PERMITTED. Doors close 10 minutes after class begins.
