Creative Care: A Season to Consider

Before the new year asks what you plan to do, give yourself time to consider how you want to live.

Creative Care: Winter Edition is an invitation to pause before the holiday rush and the expectations of a new year begin to fill our days.

This is a gentle in-person gathering for your spiritual and emotional care, a space to reflect on the year you have lived, become attentive to where you are now, and prayerfully consider how you hope to live in the year ahead.

Together we will:

❄️ Settle in through a grounding exercise, stepping away from the busyness of life and arriving fully present

❄️ Receive a seasonal reflection rooted in the wisdom of winter, inviting us to slow down, look back, and consider what may be unfolding beneath the surface

❄️ Go deeper through reflective journaling, honoring what we have experienced, noticing what matters to us now, and imagining what we hope to nurture in the coming year

❄️ Express through a creative art activity, giving shape to our reflections, hopes, and intentions in ways that words alone may not capture

No artistic experience is needed. This is not an art class or a workshop about New Year's resolutions. It is a space to breathe, reflect, create, and care for yourself with compassion and presence.
