Medley in Johns Creek has opened with its office space fully leased
The 5AM Dunwoody team
If you've watched the old State Farm campus in Johns Creek change, Medley is open. Its first phase opened Thursday, Oct. 29, and Toro Development Company says its office space is fully leased. Toro calls Medley the first spec office project in metro Atlanta to open fully leased in more than a decade.
Medley's plan covers far more than offices
- $560 million
- for the Medley at Johns Creek project
- 881
- residences around the office space
- 145,000
- square feet of walkable retail and restaurants
- 150
- keys in the boutique hotel

Boehringer Ingelheim took 73,000 square feet for its U.S. Animal Health headquarters and moved 500 employees in August. Brightree and First American Bank & Trust have leased space too, and a to-be-named tenant has the rest of the building.
